About the Opportunity 

Currently, Tribuild Contracting is looking for a Service Manager to work on our various service projects in Calgary, AB on a full-time basis. Occasional out-of-town travel may be required.

As our new Service Manager, you'll work to oversee and coordinate our range of service projects that focus on critical facilities (data centers), institutional (government facilities including schools), and commercial office spaces, along with organizing quotes, budgets, completing, and closeout. As our ideal candidate, you will also be overseeing workforce management and resource/personnel allocation, assisting with the hiring and orientation of site staff, while overseeing and participating in service work. 

More About You

In order to qualify for this role, you must be a Red Seal Carpenter with 5-7 years of related experience; experience in commercial/industrial construction, specifically in critical facilities, is preferred. Previous office experience, along with experience coaching and mentoring apprentices are strong assets. An alternative combination of skills and experience will be considered. NCSO certification would be an asset, and the willingness to obtain other relevant licenses or to further your education (with company support) is required. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

You are detail-oriented, can multitask, and have pride in what you do with an eye for quality.
